  • Perinatal Counseling
Dr. Hoover is very happy to meet with expectant parents to discuss surgical problems which may be diagnosed in their infant prenatally. The prenatal visit offers parents an opportunity to meet with Dr. Hoover and ask questions about their baby. We hope this will bring a sense of relief to parents during this most stressful time.
